Poetry becomes a drawing, a drawing becomes sculpture, sculpture becomes poetry.

My memories, dreams, and actions stimulate bold pieces that extend the imagination and invite the viewer to reach within their own lived experiences and memories.

 

Art, Design, and Architecture allow me to submerge myself in my community and produce pieces based on its culture, personalities, and memories. I implement cross professional techniques and details into each piece I create. These techniques then produce a variety of mixed media pieces which range from sketches with pencil, to water coloring CAD produced architectural drawings, to physical sculptural pieces, to fully designed and built custom homes.

 

Architecture, form, and function are the foundation to almost every piece I create. They shape my encounter with the world, and direct how I express reality.  They also expand and enhance my understanding of our shared environment and lay the foundation for dialogue and engagement.
